Many thanks on behalf of the North East Golfers' Alliance to Craibstone GC for hosting our first fixture of the 2018/19 season. Votes of thanks can become all too "polite" to avoid embarrassment to the host club but I can assure you that I am not falling into that trap when expressing our appreciation of your Club's efforts in welcoming our 77 players and supporters on the day.

The course was set up really well and in very good condition considering the challenging weather conditions experienced during the summer months (too dry for once!). Please pass on our appreciation to your course management staff who clearly put in such professional effort to make the course as challenging as possible and in very good order.

The Bistro staff and other support staff were, as usual, genuinely friendly and welcoming and a great credit to the Club.

We look forward to returning to Craibstone in the near future.
