Winter Open Results.
Tuesday 29th November 2011
On the 26th Nov we held our 1st Winter Open 2011 , there was a very good turn out of 100 + players so many thanks to all who turned up, it was a very difficult day with gale force winds making golf very tricky also we had some problems with light for the late starters this was due in part to players teeing off late and this we put down to the fact that it was 8min intervals and the 1st hole being down wind on the day, we have since moved our tee times to 10min intervals on a trail basis till the end of the year. Again thanks to all who supported us on the day and also all who took part in the Wildhearts Charity "Nearset the Pin" competition on the 7th hole which was set up by the children of Kirkhill School, we will let you know how much they raised in due course.
