The Bells the Bells (with saftey in mind).

The Bell on the 14th hole does not seem to used as much as it should be these days, it is installed with golfers saftey in mind , i have had a few comments about players teeing off before players infornt get to it so i would remind all players as per the sign on the tee to wait until you hear the bell before teeing off , maybe it needs to be in better location for this ??
We may also install one Bell for the 15th as at times it is difficult to see if players are out of reach but again we have a set of steps at the side of the teeing area for players to view players infront of them (2 BELLS MAY CONFUSE PLAYERS BEING CLOSE TOGETHER).
On the 16th if players are going for the green they must wait for green to clear before teeing off, it is our intention to place a longer flag pin for this hole to help this situation and to help players see if other players ae still on the green.
It is the player stricking the balls responsibilty for the saftey of other players on the course hence the word "Fore" to be used as a waring of stray golf shots or a means of attracting other players attention.
