Team matches Update for week ending 12th July
Friday 12th July 2019
Last night our pennant team travelled to Inverurie in their last match in the Gordon & District Pennant League and suffered a 2.5 to 1.5 defeat.
On Tuesday Craibstone Seniors were beaten by Newmachar Seniors by 8pts to 0pts with weather much the same as for Westhill, heavy rain but no wind.
Some tight matches, but on the day Newmachar were the stronger team and gained revenge for their 7 – 1 defeat at Craibstone earlier this year.
All taken in good spirit.
Not the best of weeks for the Craibstone teams, next week the Seniors have a match away to Peterculter and on the same day the Greensomes team has an away match at Kintore.
