We are still getting players not filling in scorecards correctly not even checking scores or putting cards in the box, we do try and help by putting name of the specific competition on the cards but if not players should do this , also totatling up correctly and subtracing hdcps would help, took me an hour to sort out the weekend cards , if cards are not properly filled in signed with hdpc total and nett they will be DQ i hear some of you saying it is the committees responsibility for this well put this down as a Local Rule for competitions !!!
Make sure your name and that of of the competition is on top of the the scorecard.
Put your hdcp in the correct box.
Mark the card clearly use a pencil or pen NOT A FELT TIP PEN.
Ensure you total the scores correctly and subtract the hdcp.
Consult with your playing partners if any doubts to any scores.
Make sure you check your score and sign in the correct area before submitting scorecard.
DO NOT LEAVE IT TO OTHERS TO ENTER YOUR SCORE IN THE COMPUTER ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
