Gents Better Ball Open Results 2nd June

On Sunday 36 pairs took part in the Gents Better Ball Open and as the day brightened up so did the scoring.

Winning pair with a better ball score of 60 were David Peters and Matthew McDonald.

2nd on 61 were Liam McIntyre and Barry Duncan

3rd on 62 (countback) were Alan Thomson and Steve Allan

4th also on 62 were Andrew Laird and Norman Forster

5th also on 62 were Steven Chalmers and Stewart Morrison

Longest Drive on hole 4 went to Barry Duncan

Nearest the Pin on hole 7 was Steven Wallace

Nearest the Pin on hole 10 was Connor Rennie

Thanks to all the players who took part and enjoyed the Craibstone course and the hospitality in the Brimmond Bistro after their round. Vouchers for the winning players will be sent to the respective home clubs.

Our next Open is in conjunction with Golf in Scotland and is our Texas Scramble Open on Sunday 14th July. The winning team qualifies for the grand final at Scotscraig Golf Club on 28th Sept, and there the winning team wins a trip to the Augusta Masters in 2020.
