Course Maintenance Work.

Robert Hardie and his staff have been taking advantage of the recent dry spell and have been carrying out a lot of Slitting and Vertidraining and top dressing on various areas of the golf course in th past weeks, this work is over and above other works still to be carried out weather permittimg. Since this work will be on going and we are coming to the end of the official golfing season from this weekend we will be playing "Preferred Lies" from now on and we will use also when required the new "Local Rule" re releif from flooded bunkers, copies of which are posted on the locker room boards and in the golf office.
