Congratulations Martin Elrick - Race to Craigendarroch Winner

Week 18 seen us finish the winter league in snowy conditions with the late starters on Saturday having to come off the course when they encountered a white out and with the snow remaining over Sunday the final round was cancelled.

All this meant that Martin Elrick won our Winter League Race to Craigendarroch competition. Martin has been in front for a number of weeks although he was pushed hard these last few weeks by Andrew Finlay, Colin Morris and Kevin Marshall. 

Martin's prize is one week's stay at the Craigendarroch Lodges during late August courtesy of Marshall Leisure.

We finished the winter league with another couple of eagles, Ian Still scored a 2 on the 1st and Kevin Marshall secured his eagle on the 4th hole. Now the attention switches to the summer season with our Members Texas Scramble on Saturday and on Sunday a stableford competition. We shall also be onto our new stroke index settings as from Saturday so it will be interesting to see how the scoring goes as we kick off the new season and every player reverts back to their summer season handicap.
