Chef Appointed at Craibstone
We are pleased to announce that TOMASZ OSSOWSKI has been appointed as the chef to produce interesting and varied food for you all to enjoy. Tomasz is a creative young chef who is energetic and excited about catering for Craibstone Golf Club. Having spent 5 enjoyable years at the Royal Hotel, Tomasz is ready for the new challenge of golf club catering.
Brimmond Bistro Opens on Saturday
Now that we have Tomasz on board we will be operating a basic menu for Saturday 21st May, so please come along and have a snack before or after your round of golf. We shall be increasing the menu over time and felt that it was best to start slowly and build things up. We are always interested in your comments so please pass these on. It is important that you support the BRIMMOND BISTRO because the more people enjoying the catering then the more confident we will be in investing in further improving your eating selections.
