Polish Themed Night

On the 29th of July at The Brimmond Bistro we held a traditional Polish themed food experience. Our head chef Tomasz prepared some original dishes, including soups, meat balls, goulash and meat wrapped in cabbage in tomato sauce, we also served 2 types of traditional Polish desserts. This was all washed down with flavoured vodkas and polish beers. Many thanks to all who attended and we hope you enjoyed the evenings, look out for more or these themed evenings to come.
